Ninth PropertyGuru Asian real estate awards

The ninth Propertyguru Asian real estate (Singapore) awards dinner and awards ceremony on Friday night (October 4, 2019), St. Regis in Singapore, and was awarded a total of five awards in recognition of the country’s top real estate developer, the project and design.

Founded in 2011, the Propertyguru Asia Property Awards is a highly acclaimed awards, with each stage of the evaluation process are made by third-party BDO (the world’s biggest auditing and accounting firm, one of a network) oversight.

UOL Group Limited as the evening’s biggest winner, won the best developers, including the best apartment development (Singapore) and CSR (corporate social responsibility), sustainable development and special awards, to design and construction of the 12 gold awards.

Independent judges said, “thanks to its excellent performance, UOL Group exemplary developer model, while above its design limit, try and try indoor and style success, and led to the building’s perfect path.”

This prestigious program are also Aurum Land (Pte) Ltd was awarded to the best boutique developer award. Award categories have expanded this year to 46, including several new categories: Best Heritage Development Project (Oxley Holdings Ltd., 1953), best large apartment development project (SingHaiyi Gold Pte Ltd, Parc Clematis), best tiered residential development projects (Watercove) from the Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited availability).

Singapore’s top developers also participated in the special recognition award for sustainable development activities, the prize was awarded to the same three worthy winners: Fraser, the Singapore property group Real Estate (South Pacific). Ltd. and UOL Group Ltd. Their project demonstrated the subtle use of design, in order to reduce the use of green energy, materials, while maintaining cost efficiencies.

As a result of the project for its innovative use of the latest consumer technology and intelligent building management, facial recognition and voice activated safety equipment, Qing Jian Real Estate (Mali Monty) private limited company is once again the best smart building development award, the prize was awarded to JadeScape received the same honour last year.

All winners are in Singapore in November will attend the Bangkok PropertyGuru Asian real estate in the region as a whole, to win grand finals, “Asia’s best” opportunity.

The ceremony was attended by more than 300 guests and dignitaries, including real estate development, a property consultancy, construction, marketing, and technology, legal, financial, architecture and design of Area C grade and senior industry executives.
